Desserts

We are now offering to local cafes, desserts such as cheesecakes, fruit pies, tarts and cakes. The desserts will be provided fresh, and can be sold fresh or, in most cases, be frozen until needed. We offer a varied selection of desserts eg. Dutch apple bakewell tart, baked ginger cheesecake, kiwi & ricotta tart, chocolate lemon tart and key lime pie. Visit our desserts slide show to see samples of what we can do.  Below there are pictures of our Kiwi and Ricotta Cheese Tart, Rhubarb Crumble Cake which can be served cold or warm. We are still in the experimental stage of our business and are open to requests and suggestions. Please call or e-mail us and we will work with you to provide what you need.

Stand Display 29th April 2011

This is the wonderful biscuit tree display used at the Farmers Market for the Royal Wedding.

We shall be at Penzance Farmers Market tomorrow 29th April selling our biscuits made to celebrate the Royal Wedding and to show what we can produce as wedding favours.
